I could describe myself many different ways, all true, and it's hard to pick one.

Astrologically I'm a Gemini, for instance, but I'm also a woman, a mother and a wife. A frustrated artist and writer struggling to find her voice. I'm a gamer, a geek, a voracious reader, and an eclectic Pagan.

I suffer from depression. I have 2 Autistic teens and 1 kooky 8 year old. My household is full of animals, we have; 1 cat, 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs and 4 frogs living with us as well as an uncounted number of domestic house spiders and what I can only assume is a legion of naughty little mice who like to eat my dish towels and pot holders. We feed the local wild birds, squirrels, chipmunks and so forth. I am married to the most wonderful, loving, funny, brilliant, gorgeous, sexy, patient man in the world. It's as though he were designed by the gods just for me.

Politically I'm Liberal. I'm for gay rights and civil rights and liberties in general. I want businesses to be able to function and thrive but I also expect them to clean up their own messes and be held accountable for any harm that they do. I want to pay taxes so we can have decent roads, good hospitals, policemen, firefighters, excellent public schools and well-paid teachers among other important things. I am not "pro-abortion." I think abortion is an important medical procedure that is sometimes necessary and that the people who decide whether it's necessary or not should be a woman and her doctor. I consider birth control, and access to it as well as information about it, to be vital to a healthy population and a livable planet. I am for environmental protection because We Live Here. We need to clean up the one and only planet we have to sustain our lives. We have been soiling our own nest for far too long, we need to clean it up now, before our dirty habits kill us all.
